We have been empowered with the ability to build the life of our dreams. Believe it for this is not a silly notion but an absolute fact! Manifesting your wealth health, a new job, a new home, a new relationship or whatever your desire is not complicated. In fact, you already do manifest every minute of every day so that's the answer - you ARE using your power. The key to getting what you want in your life vs. what you don't want is to be conscious of what you are thinking and how you are feeling. You must be aware of what you focus on and where your energy is going on a daily basis because, newsflash - those bad or grumpy moods & thoughts are affecting you greatly! The Law of Attraction says that we vibrationally draw anything that we are focused on to us good or bad so, being the creator that you are, the life you are living and the experiences you are having YOU created. If you get nothing else from all this, the message I most wish to deliver is that there isn't anything you can't do, be or have, it's just a matter of realizing (or being reminded) to pay closer attention to your thoughts and what you allow into your life. You'll be amazed at how easy it will be to do this -the building the life of your dreams thing. Remember learning to ride a bike or to cook a delicious meal or how to play an instrument? Whatever it was that you applied yourself to learn how to do - it's like that. Living your best life is your destiny and once you know that, you won't ever unknow it and then you can get busy making the necessary changes - how fabulous, huh?

The saying, life is what you make it is so true. I saw an old Chinese proverb that nails this point; The fire of anger only burns the angry If you allow negative to dominate and run rampant, it will just create more of that in your life, spinning and festering round & round. I will never forget the day that little nugget 'hit home' for me.
